This course teaches you how to put it all together. How to document your diagnosis, assessment, treatment plan, and clinical notes to demonstrate the progress made. Learn several systems of clinical documentation and how to document activities to meet the expectations of third party payors. You will be able to educate the client and family to support the treatment and recovery process, and get the most out of clinical supervision for your own professional growth.
